Gartner identified SAP Ariba as such in a key report published in 2016. In "The Forrester Wave™: Contract Life-Cycle Management, Q3 2016: The 14 CLM Vendors That Matter Most And How They Stack Up," (The Forrester Wave™: Contract Life-Cycle Management, Q3 2016, Forrester Research, Inc., July 2016) Forrester evaluated 14 CLM software vendors using 28 criteria. The company also received the highest score among all vendors in the Market Presence category (customer base and revenue) for the Buy-Side portion of the evaluation.
